The right place to enjoy good "Teramana" kitchen

In the morning, a buffet breakfast with homemade cakes is offered in the dining rooms. While the restaurant, personally supervised by the owner, offers a starter of the house with a series of platters with cold cuts, local cheeses, mushrooms, vegetables and lamb pluck "La Mazzarella". The first courses, all prepared scrupulously by our Chef, range from gnocchi and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles from our woods, passing to the famous guitar with meatballs typical teramano. Also every Sunday we can find the traditional timballo, while in the winter polenta with sausage and pork ribs. To continue with the second courses of mixed grilled (lamb, mutton, sausages), stewed lamb stew, cut beef. Finally to conclude with the trolley of sweets, where we can find and taste the famous sweet pizza.
